Tell us what it is

We do party wall surveys, for either side or both

Work to a party structure needs at least two months’ notice. A dig within 3 m of next door and below its foundations, or within 6 m and through a 45° line drawn down from them, needs at least one month. If you and next door disagree, a party wall award settles it.
