Email us and say:
- What you are planning: a wall out, an extension, a loft, a crack you want looked at, or a new house.
- Where you are up to: an idea, drawings being done, planning in or granted, out to builders for prices, or on site.
- The house: roughly when it was built, whether it is terraced, semi-detached, detached or a bungalow, and how many storeys.
- Where the house is: a town, or the first half of the postcode, is enough. We work anywhere in England.
- What you have already: plans, a section, photographs, or nothing at all.
Attach any photos or drawings to the same email.
We reply within one working day. Fixed fee, confirmed in writing before we start. We answer Building Control’s questions on our calculations as part of the job.
